Which payment methods are available?
All major credit/debit cards accepted. We won’t take the money at checkout until we call you to confirm your order. Pay over phone is available or prior to delivery. -
Can I walk in and order directly at the shop?
Absolutely! We have a large range of items in stock at the shop ready for pick up, frozen or pre-cooked. You’re welcome to walk in. -

Can I pick up my order directly?
Yes. The Party Food Shop is located at Shop 7/101 Station St, Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156. You’re welcome to walk in and pickup orders directly from our shop.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow at least two (2) working days for us to prepare and cook your food. We will call you directly to confirm your delivery or pick up time. -
